If you choose to apply for and participate in the Teen Fashion Board, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, city, state, and country of residence, and your date of birth as a part of the application and registration process. You agree that any information about yourself that you will provide to Specialty Retailers, Inc. on the Site will always be correct and accurate.

Use of The Teen Fashion Board Chat Room
The Teen Fashion Board chat room is for the exclusive use of members of the Teen Fashion Board, as selected by Specialty Retailers, Inc. Application for admission to the Teen Fashion Board, and any participation in the Teen Fashion Board by any person under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited. If you are selected to be a member of the Teen Fashion Board, you will receive a password to access the Teen Fashion Board chat room. You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password. You are solely responsible to Specialty Retailers, Inc. for all chats that originate from your Teen Fashion Board chat room log-in. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your log-in to the Site, you agree to notify us immediately at info@stagestores.com.

You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Teen Fashion Board membership and your chat room password for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms of Use.

Users of the Teen Fashion Board chat room understand, agree and consent that all content posted on the chat room by other users is the sole responsibility of those users, and Specialty Retailers, Inc. does not control such posts.

Encourage, advocate, or promote physical harm or injury against any individual, group, or governmental entity, or promote any act of cruelty to animals.
Encourage, advocate, promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities of any kind, including but not limited to providing instruction regarding preparation of any incendiary devices such as bombs and other weapons.
